Dug up not so old pictures cos I'm bored and I don't know what to write about since no new events are in as I'm having my exam week.

Happy holidays!!!

Final exam officially started today and the Ethnic Relations paper marked the beginning of it. Had the paper at 11.30am and boy, the sea of people in the examination hall was indescribable! Hahaha.. Damn it la so many people were there this morning! Haha. I was so flabbergasted at the number of students taking Ethnic Relations.

The exam hall is huge I tell you. If I'm not mistaken, it can accommodate thousands of students at the same time. Furthermore it has levels! Anyway, upon arrival, we were required to leave our bags outside and all that - standard procedure. Found my seat and sat down working through the papers to fill in personal details - student ID, IC number, course code, and all that.

The paper started at exactly 11.30am and I could see some students shifted nervously on their seats and a guy who sat next to me started mumbling long prayers. That's why I always say God is the busiest during exam month. See my point?

Haha... Anyway, I didn't know what to expect as I flipped open the question paper. Hehe.. Can say I had faith yet nervous at the same time. Lol. 40 objective questions, each costs 1.5 marks which totals up to 60 marks. In the end, paper ended at 12.30pm sharp (yes, it's only for an hour) but we only got out at 1 plus. Invigilators were the culprits in keeping us in there for so long. They had to count the papers and do their standard procedure and stuff.

Why do I smell incense now oh my god (must be from next door or something). Anyway, now that one paper is down, this means I only have 4 more papers to go. Haha.. The next paper is Information Skills (I tell you this paper is a waste of time) and it's not even included in our GPA. We just need to pass this paper or else we are required to retake it the next semester. How lame is that? (Seriously where is that incense smell coming from???)

Ah, the third paper would be on next week. Which means I'm able to go out with my friends after Information Skills paper to catch Jennifer's Body. It's gonna be awesome I tell you! =D Eh, don't start judging me. After all, a girl has to have fun once in awhile despite amidst final examination! (excuses excuses) hehe..

And oh, the bathroom across my room is under renovation and so the water supply is temporarily being cut off. The admin wants to have the pipes changed to new ones as they say the old ones are dirty. I mean, ok la they wanna change it but why can't they do it during the holidays? Why do they have to trouble us especially now during the most crucial time of the semester aka exam period?

How do they expect us to study amidst the LOUD DRILLING noise coming DIRECTLY from the bathroom? Not to mention the male workers who would just LOVE to delay their work cos they're working at female's block what. Everyday get to see girls walking here and there plus girls who wear suggestive clothing. Haha.. I can just imagine their thoughts. But that's not the point.

The point is, why can't they get it fixed during the semester break or during any other holidays? The environment is so not conducive for studying and we girls do not have much freedom to walk here and there. Talking about being efficient. =.=lll

Oh well, guess I gotta live with this for quite awhile now. There is no place like home indeed. =)

Toodles! Off to books now! =D

I get bruised easily but why did you still do it to me?

I said enough is enough but you didn't listen.

Now everything is as normal as it gets.

Somehow I still feel empty inside.

Listening to the pattering of rain.

*On a lighter note

This week has been hell for me. Like literally. I busied myself so much with ceaseless assignments, the ever flowing tests, etc..

I get an average sleep of four hours a day. Hence, the new panda look.

Woke up at 6 am this morning to continue studying. Never felt so hardworking before so I must announce it here ma.. Haha.. Then, the effects kicked in. Head feels really dizzy now. My heart is beating really fast and I feel difficulty in breathing. Must be the lack of sleep. Stupid laa.. =(

Plus, next week marks the beginning of our study week and I swear to catch up on my lost sleep. I need all the rest I can get. Been too tied up with assignments, tests, problems... The list never ends.

Oh what a girl is to do
When she is feeling so blue
Tell me now tell me quick
Little or less, bit by bit

Ok that was random.

Anyway, I feel super sleepy now and super sleepy is how I feel now and now I feel super sleepy. Wow, I amuse myself. See this Dr. Rubrico?? I created THREE sentences by using the same sentence! I ought to have marks for this! This is what we call triple arrangements for pragmatics.

Oh guess what? I came back and got soaked by the rain. It was fun yet messy. And wet of course! Haha.. Felt like I just came out from a drama. A girl who has lost her way while getting herself soaked in the rain. Hahaha... Where was my prince charming? =(

I need to sleep I need to sleep I need to sleep I need to sleep I need to sleep I need to sleep

Ah screw it~ Sleep la Winnie.. Still talk so much. Shit. I'm getting hyper.

My goodness I just talked to myself..

Need to be with myself

To ponder on in life

Is this what I want?

Hard to define

The clarity in life

Come and go as one may

Leaving footprints

Sketching memoirs

The rose may bloom

Full of colors and life

But never forget

The rose may wither

Confusion sets in

Unable to think

So, during the last weekend, I was with the CC (Chinese Community) Society and we made a trip up to Penang. We gathered at the hall at 12 midnight on Friday (wait, was it considered as Friday or Saturday?). Anyway, we gathered at 12 midnight to do headcount and by the time everyone got ready, it was already close to 2 in the morning. =.=

Everyone was like so energetic despite the late hour. I wonder why. Adrenaline rush? So, alot of us camwhored like crazy, and we were divided into groups just so we could fit into 2 buses. Bus A and Bus B. Guess which bus was I on? =D A total of 79 of us went mind you. Big group indeed. Hehe..

The names of the groups were like so... errr... Cartoonish? I was in the Mickey Mouse group (oh someone just shoot me) and there was a group called Winnie The Pooh. I know. The irony. Thank God there wasn't a Hello Kitty or I swear I could've gone berserk.

Bus ride was approximately 5 hours and we reached Penang Island around 7 something in the morning. First stop, Kek Lok Si Temple.

I have been to Penang with my family before and so this experience wasn't my first time. But the whole load of difference was that this time, I'm with my friends. Ah ha. =)

Yes, pictures.. Pictures...

More pictures...

And oh! I bought a really super neat ancient fan. The kind of fan whereby olden days princesses use to fan around. And look really demure and stuff. I bought it just for fun. Only cost me RM2.50. Cheap or what? =D Haha

Told you it's pretty. =)

I look like a ghost here. So white.

And oh, a friend of mine knocked this huge bell. According to them, you're supposed to make a wish, strike the bell three times and somehow maybe your wish will come true. Hmmm... I wish I have four flat for my CGPA. Hahaha.. Crazy.

And this pagoda was so high up I was literally perspiring by the time I got up to the top. Fuh!!

More pictures..

After the visit to Kek Lok Si temple, we went to Gurney Shopping Mall. It is deemed to be the biggest shopping mall in Penang.

Didn't take many pictures inside Gurney cuz I was too busy looking around. Hehe..

Ah, finally we got to check in our lodging. Sri Sayang at Batu Ferringhi area. Seaside view. Just across the building. =)

I stayed on the 24th floor and my room had the seaview.*smiles*

My housemates

My housemates and roommates =)

We went to the beach that evening for some station games but was distracted by the lapping waves and in the end, everyone jumped into the sea. Haha.. No one was bothered to play games anymore.

I didn't take any pictures on the beach cuz I didn't bring my camera. Didn't want to risk losing it what. Will try to get pictures from friends who took them. =)

The next day which was on Sunday morning, we went to a botanical garden or was it a national park? Can't quite recall as the place is lush with trees and I don't really pay attention to trees anymore since I can see alot back home. Hehe..

We headed to Queensbay Mall later that for lunch. Chose a cafe which had a theme of toilet bowls and bathtubs and toilet stuff. Hence, it's name, TBowl. =.=

Haha.. Kwong Gee pretended to have diarrheoa and I was like, okaaaaayy...

How can you not laugh? Just look at his face. =D

Anyway, the following is my lunch. The drink actually tasted quite nice despite its color. Looks like the color of toiletbowl detergent no? Like KiwiKleen or something like that. Lol

After that was goodbye for Queensbay and we went to St. Anne's Church in mainland. We were on our way back to KL actually and this church was on the way so we decided to drop by.

It's a really pretty place. A Catholic Church founded in the 1800s.

Hmmmm.. Should we climb up the stairs?..

Yes. And this is what we saw. The remnants of an earlier church.

More pictures.

Ahh... Finally the picture of us eating chicken rice at Perak. Our last stop before heading back to UM. Eh, the chicken rice was not bad. Big portions and everyone had their fill.

Later that, we headed off to KL from Perak at around 7 plus and reached UM around 11pm.

All in all, it was an enjoyable trip though it lasted only two days. Looking forward to many more upcoming events and even though I'm tired, nothing can dampen my spirits like a good ol' trip. =)

Today marks one of my worst day ever. Have you ever felt like nothing ever goes according to your ways and it's like so frustrating that you wish the earth would swallow you up whole instead and disappear from the face of the earth forever?

Well, I know I have.

To start things off, I know I have not been a very athletic person. Apart from tracks of course but when it comes to dealing with balls, I'm utterly hopeless. I had my first volleyball test today and guess what?

I only scored 5 out of 10 marks. It went like this.

A friend throws you the ball and you're supposed to dig it and make sure it lands in the designated box marked by the lecturer. And somehow today the ball is just so stubborn. Pffft!! Utter stubbornness!

I was doing OK during previous volleyball practice and somehow this morning the ball decided to go against my wishes and oh well.. The rest is history. And the second part of the test was to check out our techniques during taking off in a race. That test was fine. (the on your mark, get set, go thing) but I have no idea why it suddenly rained at that time.

I was showered by rain during that test and to top it off, I was not feeling very well. Still am though. Alright, after I've gotten over those tests, I had to walk back to Education Faculty to sit for my Linguistics test.

All I can say is, I know I've studied the whole afternoon the day before for this test but upon seeing the questions, my mind was a haywire.

Syntax. Syntactic tree.

We were given phrases and sentences and were required to draw the syntactic tree, phrasal structure rules and lexical rules. I hate drawing the trees though.

I felt like uprooting a real tree outside my faculty and present it to my lecturer.

Me : *uproot a whole tree* Here you go Dr. Here's your tree.
Dr : ???????

Stupid trees.

Whoever came up with that idea of drawing trees definitely was too bored out of his/her wits and decided to come up with something clever which made everyone else seems to think that syntactic tree is a clever thing to do.

Well, I wanna start a tree too. I can say I wanna start a computer tree. Divide my HP into components. And ah! Mind you, not just any components. HP divided into hard disk, software etc. From Software divided into Programs and Documents.

But not just any Documents. Divide it again into Document A which is under the name of User and oh, we haven't divided my hard disk. Let's begin...

Now, didn't I sound smart and clever? Oh wait, you didn't understand? Well, that's your problem.

See? That was exactly what I faced during linguistics. What NP(Noun Phrase) la, VP(Verb Phrase) la, AP(Adjective Phrase) la, PP(Preposition Phrase) la.

Sigh.. I'm so disappointed.. Everything goes wrong for me today. Another thing, I was looking forward towards something but somehow, something came up and that something had to be cancelled. *sad*

Ah.. Life. Candies. Sourplum.

This is my roommate. And I just captured her photo washing someone's clothes. And apparently she's facing a problem now.

She can't remove rust stain from the shirt. Hahahaha.... Been scrubbing and scrubbing and complaining. Lol. It was funny watching her.

Anyone has any idea onto what could remove it?

Meanwhile, I've been introduced to online games all thanks to my roommate. I don't really play them though. Can't really get the head or tail of it or I should say, I'm not interested.

The graphic is pretty cute for this one. Luna Online or something. Hehe..

Pandora Saga is worse. I don't even like it. Gosh, I can never understand why guys love to play online games so much. Dota dota dota dota.....

I'm being so random here so don't mind my randomness. Took pictures of my hostel area from my window while it was drizzling. Bad weather to hang the clothes.

And oh oh! I just found out about something. Apparently there's this person who hates me so much by trying to condemn me in everything I do or say.

Hahaha... If only that person knew better. Obviously some people only know the exterior of everything and jump to conclusion the next. Isn't it obvious that enough is enough with all those insults?

If you think you're better and more saint than me, then congratulations. If not, you can mind your own business and take care of your own problems. My problems are mine to solve. I don't need you to complicate my life.

Besides, I'm quite content with my life now and if you still think that I am still the person you think I am, then I advise you to ask the cause of the problem directly. See who's at fault and who's not.

No doubt that what you see now makes you feel like I am what you think I am, simply because the problem is far too huge for you to accept. Wait till you face this kind of problem. Then you'll regret for having a go at me. It's a wonder you're still alive by then.

Who are you to judge me? NO ONE. So shut the hell up yourself and move on with your own life.
